Powell is my temporary home
Now that my first midterm of the quarter is in approximately 33 hours, I’ve decided that I’m not prepared for it at all.
So for the next week or so, Powell is going to be my new home.
I have to study cram for my lab midterm on Tuesday, and then I have to start studying for my chem midterm.

Operation Bagel
What was supposed to happen:

The last time I was up at this time, I was 16 and seriously regretting my decision to take three AP sciences and calc BC simultaneously.

My alarm this morning was Natalie calling me and telling me to open the door AT 6:30 AM.
I crawl out of my bed, open the door, and she and Marilyn are standing there bearing cookies and a camera.
After taking pictures of me in a non-comprehending and half-asleep phase (I did just get five hours of sleep thanks to that CPR) and lots of hugs, they leave.

we had a guest professor and his lecture was really interesting. i loved how he related the basic concepts we are learning right now to his research. it made me more motivated to learn more chemistry.
apparently he teaches chem 20A and 113A. so basically i will never take one of his classes. ahhhh why couldnt he have taught 20 A last quarter. i would probably think of chemistry...
